British Championship Preview-Rene Pearce Trial

After a number of weeks with the top British Riders chasing World Championship points it is now back to the domestic ACU Events sponsored series with the Rene Pearce Trial. This is being held over the weekend of the 16th and 17th July and it is at a new venue for the championships.

The trial organised by the Torridge Club are running at Lower Wemberthey Farm, Hartland, Bideford, Devon, EX39 6EN. It will be signposted off the A39

As is usual practice takes place on Saturday between 3-5 pm with the start of the event proper on Sunday at 10am when Experts B will be away.

Experts B group is currently being a hard fought battle between Guy Kendrew and Richard Timperley. The A Championship is a three way affair at the moment with Ricky Wiggins, James Fry and Jack Spencer currently leading the way. Joe Baker makes his first appearance in the series and although not a regular these days he can still produce excellent rides. Can anyone beat James Dabill in the Championship. His run of wins has been superb. Michael Brown is his nearest rival but JD is already looking at a third title if he does not get beaten soon.
