Round 4 of the Colin Appleyard British Solo Trials Championship

The Lightweight Motor Cycle Club Ltd staged the SAMMY MILLER TRIAL, the fourth round of the 2007 Colin Appleyard British Trials Championship, on June 10th at Wightmans, Dunmore Mountain, Spa Ballynahinch. 

Graham Jarvis kept his unbroken domination in the Championship series and made it four wins at Dunmore Mountain. Challenger Shaun Morris again challenged Jarvis with Michael Brown and former champion Steve Colley. Colley retired with a foot injury at the fourth section.

Lynton’s Joe Baker still rules the Expert class from Bewdley’s Ross Danby and the ever –present Dan Thorpe. Ulster’s Rob Andrews rode well to take fifth place. Rob, along with Gareth Andrews, no relation, but both from Bangor, finished fifth and was the second rider in the 125cc class. Sean Doyle, from Greystones, was placed sixth - ten penalties behind Rob Andrews. Gareth Andrews was seventh and scored nine Championship points. Kilkeel Beta rider Richard McKee did not take part in the event.
