Jim Parker, Chairman of the ACU’s Road Race Committee wishes to congratulate the efforts of all ACU riders at the Nickel & Dime British Grand Prix. Both regular Grand Prix competitors and Wild Card riders experienced extremely difficult conditions throughout the weekend. Special congratulations must go to Bradley Smith and Dan Linfoot. Bradley for his heroic 7
th place in the 125 Grand Prix, following his big fall at the end of Saturday’s qualifying, left him in 9
th place on the grid and Dan for his excellent 9
th place, in his first 250 Grand Prix with new team, Team Sicilia, with whom he will be contesting all remaining 2007 Grand Prix.
