Dabill Claims RT Keedwell ACU British Solo Trials Championship
With the last 2 RT Keedwell sponsored British Trials Championships taking place on consecutive days it has been a bust weeked for the riders.

Saturday saw the Anthony Rew Trial at Lustleigh amongst the boulder strewn hillside. In the Championship class James Dabill rode superbly as he strove to regain the British number 1 plate and with a clear cut win over Michael Brown he finished the day virtually there. Alexz Wigg put in another strong performance which gave him third on the day and a good chance of getting that ranking by the close of day 2.

Guy Kendrew once again proved to be too stong for his rivals in the Expert group and he posted another win. Six wins from six events, the title was his with an event to go.

Day 2 saw The Rene Pearce organised by the Torridge club. The venue at Brousentor Farm on the edge of Dartmoor was a tough test but spectacular with the latter hazards being on the local 'Tor' with its superb backdrop. It was another clear cut win for Dabill as he regained his British crown from Michael Brown. Ross Danby came in third but Wiggy slightly off the pace of the previous day had done enough to secure third overall in the series. With some good rides from the young riders coming into the series such as Iwan Roberts, Jack Price and Billy Bolt the Championshi p has held interest to the end.

Guy Kendrew had another untouchable day to maintain his 100% record in the Expert group,he is having his best season to date.

It was good to see series sponsor Stuart Keedwell out at the events handing out the trophies.
