The 2013 RHL Beach Race track preparation took another leap towards completion on a memorable day on the North Somerset coastline.
Tuesday was the annual press day where the RHL team welcomed local and national press and around 20 or so media students from Weston College.
Riders entertained the media with a small insight for what's in store for this weekend’s races, showing how off-road motorcycle racing is quite possibly one of the most exciting action sports in the world.
Steven Clarke, Tom Church, Paul Winrow and Aaron Poolman and a host of Youth riders blasted up down the purpose built media circuit posing for images and spending over an hour in a Q&A session with the students who attended.
Gareth Hockey said, “today was such a good day for everyone attending, the press got some great images and the riders got to showcase their skills. The students were very impressed with what the riders had to say, so much so most will return this weekend to report on main race itself.”

Late entries are available for all classes for this weekend’s Beach Race.
Any person who turns up to enter the event is guaranteed a ride. Please bring a completed entry form and cash payment to the late entry office which will be alongside the rider signing on offices on the seafront.
Your entry including day licence if required will then be processed before you then move on to sorting transponder and technical control.
