Are all signed on Officials covered for Personal Accident benefits?
Yes they are
What are the Personal Accident benefits for Officials?
As an official of the permitted event you are covered travelling to and from the event, and whilst setting up and dismantling the event.
Death £65,000 (under 16 years of age £7,500)
Permanent Disablement £65,000
Temporary Total Disablement £150 per week maximum 104 weeks (nil excess)
Hospitalisation £2,000 following hospitalisation of 2 weeks or more
Please note - Cover does not apply in regards to sickness or disease.
If I have a motor accident whilst travelling to the event will I still be covered? I won’t be signed on at that time.
Yes you will still be eligible for the benefits.
Can I increase the benefits?
Yes you can purchase an annual Personal Accident policy from Lockton to top up your benefits.
