Members Insurance - Clubs
ACU affiliated clubs are insured under the ACU policy for legal liability for all events where an ACU permit has been issued, and in addition for their social activities.
Social activities include club meetings (egs) dinner dance, Christmas party, Barbecue, AGM. The policy protects the club and its member for claims made against them for damage to third party property or injury to third parties.
The limit of indemnity provided for the social activities if £10,000,000 and there is a £100 third party property damage excess applicable to this policy which is payable by the club in the event of a claim.
