The Leamington Landslide returns to Victory Moto Park, Ashorne, on Sunday 25 October, as Leamington Victory Motor-Cycle Club stages the second running of its grass track meeting following a lengthy break from hosting the sport.
This year's event will incorporate the ACU British Classic Grass Track Championship, bringing championship honours into a programme that also features a strong mix of solo, sidecar and youth classes.
Four British Championship titles will be contested, covering the 500cc Upright Solo, 500cc Pre-75 Solo, Up to 350cc Upright and Pre-75 Solo, and British Clubman's Right-Hand Sidecars. The classic solo classes will feature four qualifying heats, with the highest-scoring eight riders progressing to their respective finals. In the sidecar championship, the leading six crews will qualify for the deciding race.
The supporting programme offers plenty more for competitors and spectators, with GT140, 250cc, 350cc and 500cc solos, 1000cc right-hand sidecars, and Youth Juniors and Inters all included in the regulations.
GT140 racing proved a major attraction at the 2025 Landslide, with an 18-rider entry featuring established names including double British Champion Ian Clark and fellow competitors Wayne Broadhurst, Mark Scopes, Luke Wicks, Kevin Gwillam, Charlie Hall and Tony Atkin. The class returns for 2026, although this year's entry and rider line-up will determine how the racing shapes up.
Racing will take place over an approximately 370-metre grass circuit, with an off-track start and mechanical starting gate. The first race is scheduled for 11:00am, following morning signing-on, technical inspection and practice.
For Leamington Victory MCC, the meeting represents another important step in re-establishing its presence as a grass track organiser, with the addition of British Championship competition providing a significant focus for this year's event.
