The ACU Scottish National Rally took place over the weekend of 12–13 September, marking the third successful event in the 2026 Three Nations Rally Trilogy.
Despite Saturday morning’s weather being described by some riders as
“mildly moist”, the rally set off on schedule, and participants were rewarded with some of the finest roads Scotland has to offer. With minimal traffic reported throughout the route, one rider summed up the experience simply as:
“EPIC.”
More than 30 riders completed all three rallies in the 2026 Trilogy in pursuit of the coveted
Three Nations Award. Several entrants who travelled up from England and Wales on the Friday logged well over
1,000 miles by the time they returned home.
Two members of the Committee also took part, riding with their respective teams and taking the opportunity to speak directly with participants as they met them along the route.
Once again, the Three Nations Rally Trilogy proved to be, in the words of many riders,
“the best excuse for a ride out ever.” About the ACU Three Nations Rally Trilogy
