The Women Ready to Shake Up VMXdN

Getting an entry to VMXdN is like a Willy Wonka golden ticket, and we are delighted to welcome a strong line-up of female racers who are not afraid to mix it up with the crème of British MX and the best vet racers in the world.

Returning to the event she knows so well, Amie Goodlad (#178) from Essex is back at it in 2026. At 34, Amie is fired up for a crack at the iconic circuit that has so much history.

Lauren May Collingwood is one of the better-known women racers. She is an active British and GP contender. Lauren formed Girls That Moto, a company that helps promote and empower the girls in MX. With her training schools, she is bringing new blood to the sport. She will line up in the Evo 125 + 30 class, which is very competitive, not that it will faze her.

Hannah Jones is a consistent frontrunner in the WMX and AMCA series with wildcard entries in the GP; she will be racing the very competitive Evo Ultra Class.

Sisters Anne May and Chantel Hofstede are making the trip to Hawkstone to line up in the Evo Plus group. Don't let the smiles fool you; these girls mean business when the helmet goes on.

These women have got the speed, skill, and spirit to shake up the establishment. So, when the gate drops, make sure you're trackside and ready to cheer on the girls who are up for racing.

A full program of events will be available from the gates opening on Thursday 27th, at midday, with the hospitality, beer tent, and trade village all open for a mellow opening day to get set up.

Friday is sign-on and tech control in the event marquee with the now famous Show'N'Shine bike show in the beer garden - an event which draws the crème of the evo scene to be admired and respected. This is followed by an autograph signing session before the evening program where Radio 1 DJ Andrew Marston will be on the decks, while the commentary crew do the rider and team introductions.

Saturday is all business with practice and two races for all classes, the Yamaha autograph session in their display area in the paddock and another night of entertainment in the beer tent.

Sunday is another two full blocks of racing up the most historic hill in British motocross, rounded off by the ever-so-enthusiastic podium celebrations.
