Mike Tizard the Chairman of the ACU National Road Rally Committee announced the results of the 2026 NATIONAL ROAD RALLY (ENGLAND). (NRR)
In his results announcement on Sportity he said
“I hope you (all) had an enjoyable and rewarding NRR. And many thanks to Nigel Jones (Member of the new 2026 committee) for sorting the results out”
The Rescue of the National Road Rally series has been an outstanding success after losing the rally series in 2025. The first rally of the season the Welsh WNRR in May saw a huge number of riders complete the rally, and that success has continued with almost 300 entrants for the NRR.
The rally took place over the weekend of the 4th & 5th July in fabulous weather.
Within the results there was one stand out Team who took the Weekend Platinum award the highest possible for the weekend “ team –Not Much Cop at all ” well done to Peter Edwards, John Tuer & Paul Devine.
27 individual Riders achieved their personal Platinum awards.
The Most Popular control of the event was Stow on the Wold with 76 riders using it a control point on their route.
The next Rally is the Scottish National Rally which takes place over the weekend of the 11th & 12th September.
Entries are still open until 1st September and over 30 Riders have already entered to attempt to achieve an award in all of the 3 nations Rallies.
