RHL Activities has confirmed DHA Fire Stopping will return as Official Fire Training Partner for the 2026 Weston Beach Race, marking the company’s third consecutive year and its biggest commitment to the event to date.
Returning for a third consecutive year, the Weston-super-Mare-based business continues to strengthen its connection with one of the town’s biggest events - playing a key role in delivering fire safety across the site while supporting the next generation of riders taking on Weston’s sands.
This year marks DHA’s biggest commitment yet.
Alongside their event partnership, DHA is also backing rising young talent Preston ‘Bam Bam’ Chorley, following his standout victory at last year’s Beach Race. The 12-year-old steps up to the 85cc class for 2026 as part of the 3 Flo Madison Crescent Yamaha bLU cRU team, one of the UK’s most exciting youth motocross teams founded by former 250cc Grand Prix rider Jeff Perrett.
The expanded involvement reflects DHA’s ongoing focus on both community and safety - from supporting young riders to helping deliver a safe, large-scale event experience.
Dave Alsop, Managing Director at DHA Fire Stopping, said:
“The Weston Beach Race is a fantastic event for the town and something we’re proud to support. This is our third year involved and our biggest commitment yet, especially with the youth classes. Supporting safety across the event and backing young riders like Bam Bam makes it even more meaningful.”
Gareth Hockey, Director of RHL Activities adds “It’s great to have DHA back for 2026 with their strongest commitment yet. Their focus on the local community, event safety and developing young riders aligns exactly with what the Weston Beach Race is about.”
The Weston Beach Race returns to Weston-super-Mare in October 2026, attracting thousands of riders and spectators each year.
