The line-up continues to get better for the Be Wiser Hawkstone International on February 7th 2016. Now confirmed are riders from the Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing team including top Brits, Max Anstie and Conrad Mewse, plus American sensation Thomas Covington.

Top Brit Max Anstie had a very strong season in 2015 finishing in third place in the MXGP Standings and will start his new venture with the Husqvarna team in 2016. He sustained a nasty injury at the Motocross of Nations in September, suffering with several broken vertebrae. He is now fit again and back out training with his new team for the forthcoming season.

Max Anstie - "I'm really excited to race at the Be Wiser Hawkstone International next year. It will be good to do a few warm up races and iron things out with my new team. I love the track and it always brings a great crowd out at the International so I can't wait to get there and have the support from everyone."

His team-mate Thomas Covington will also be joining the Rockstar Husqvarna team as a new member, run by former GP racer Jacky Martens. The American had a positive year and finished 12th overall and will be looking for a good result at the Be Wiser International in February.

The final member of the team racing at Hawkstone Park will be youngster Conrad Mewse, an extremely talented young rider who finished in second place in the World Junior MX Championships.

Conrad Mewse - "I'm really pumped to be invited to take part in the 2016 Hawkstone International. Even though I am British, I have only ever ridden at Hawkstone the once and that was in a youth race. Going back there as an adult racing for the Rockstar Factory Husqvarna team is a great honour and one to tick off my bucket list."
