As Spring approaches The British Supermoto Championship organisers are busily putting the final touches to their annual 'Warm Up Event' which this year will be held on March 14th at Three Sisters Race Circuit, Wigan.

This event gives riders and teams the ideal opportunity to make any last minute adjustments prior to the season opening Championship race on 5th - 6th April once again at Three Sisters Race Circuit.

This 'Warm Up Event' is attended by all the top names in the sport plus some special guests from other race disciplines. This year will witness the return of reigning champions in all classes including 450 Elite Champion Matt Winstanley, Open Elite Champion Chris Hodgson, Open National Champion Mikey Parsons and Michelin Cup Champion Jordan Bannon. Both Parsons and Bannon will be making the leap up into the Elite classes and by their form of pace over the 2014 season there is strong evidence to show that they will be more than capable of running well in the pinnacle class of the Championship.

This year will also witness the introduction of new classes to the Championship encouraging riders to enter the sport. Novice, over 45's and Two Stoke classes are all being launched with the emphasis on affordable competition.

In reflection of the 2014 Championship the titles went right down top the wire with the Open Elite Championship being decided at the very last race of the season at Cadwell Park in November. So you can rest assured for a similar nail biting wheel to wheel action across the course of 2015 and we would welcome you to join us either as a competitor or spectator to be part of this growing adrenalin fueled sport.

The Warm Up Day is chance to promote the sport to new followers and with Three Sisters Circuit providing FREE entry for spectators this provides a cost effective day out for any two wheel enthusiasts so why not bring a few friends down and meet the teams and riders.
