ACU AND BSMA FORGE CLOSER RELATIONSHIP
Following discussions between the ACU and BSMA to forge a closer relationship to help youth motocross, both parties have agreed to recognise each Federation’s respective licences in these current difficult economic times.

With immediate effect and for an initial trial period of one year, for youth classes only ACU licences will be accepted at BSMA events and vice versa BSMA licences will be accepted at ACU events.

Both the ACU and BSMA recognise the current difficult financial climate being experienced by everyone and therefore this reciprocal agreement between both parties will go some way to assist youth competitors in the coming season.

Brian Higgins, Chairman ACU Ltd said “We have had discussions with the BSMA about this initiative for some time and I am delighted this is now taking place which can only be of benefit to our younger riders and their families”.

Peter Ingram, Chairman BSMA commented “We are delighted that an agreement has been made to recognise ACU/BSMA youth licences by the respective organisations. This is good for the sport and will help the young riders of both Federations”.
