RideoffroadUK Iron Man Xtreme
Saturday October 29th 2011 will see the first running if the Iron Man Xtreme Enduro organised by rideoffroadUK. Rideoffroaduk, run by Wayne & Sonya Braybrook are stepping outside of their regular enduro events business, to host the worlds first Iron Man Xtreme Enduro.

The event will be run at the fantastic Low North Camp facility. Owned by Scarborough & District Motor club, the venue is no stranger to big British Championship events, and whilst it is a trials park, the options available for an Xtreme enduro are simply perfect.

The Iron Man Xtreme Enduro will consist of a qualification event which will run for 90 minutes to find the top riders in each class. This will run on a simplified course, with a medium degree of difficulty enabling riders of varying abilities to try their hand.

After the Qualifier the top riders in each class will transfer to the main Iron Man Xtreme event, this will then run for two hours on a much more severe course. Track designer Wayne Braybrook has promised to make this event a real spectacle. No Stranger to Xtreme events, Wayne plans to make it along the same lines as the legendary Last Man Standing. Riders will have to push and man handle their bikes up the most severe parts of the course, and these areas are zero assistance so it’s going to be tough.

This event runs exactly one week after the Scott Trial, so no excuses boys and girls get a bike organised and come and try your hand.

All the top Enduro men will be competing, and we would like to see trials and motocross aces mixing it with them too. We are also speaking with some of the World and British Superbike stars who have shown an interest in riding.
Strictly Enduro / MX bikes only, all bikes must be fitted with a trials tyre on the back.
Braybrook must be going soft in his old age giving riders extra grip!
