Riders are reminded that should they be unable to attend an event they have entered, they must advise the Secretary of the Meeting, prior to the event, if they are unable to participate.
In addition, once a rider has entered an event they are not permitted to enter another event on the same day unless they have specific written authority from the original Organiser.
