Race action returns to Blaxhall on Sunday 2nd August as Woodbridge and District Motor Cycle Club hosts Round Five of the 2026 Stebbings Car Superstore and Rackham Auto Body Centre ACU Eastern Motocross Championship at the renowned Blaxhall Circuit.
With 160 riders competing across 12 races in the Expert and Junior classes, spectators can look forward to a full day of high-intensity motocross action at one of the region’s most respected and popular circuits.
Following four hard-fought rounds, the championship returns to Blaxhall with added interest thanks to the recent track extension, which will provide a new layout for this event.
In the Expert class, British Championship competitor and long-time Woodbridge club member Tom Grimshaw leads the standings with an 11-point advantage after missing the previous round. Max Broadbelt, who performs strongly around the Blaxhall Circuit, sits second in the championship, with Travis Steels third, Bayliss Utting fourth and former Centre Champion Shaun Southgate fifth.
Luke Parker, Jake Rackham, Callum Murfitt, Chester Hyde and Luke Benstead round out the top 10, but they face stiff competition from a deep and talented field that includes British Championship riders Charlie Richmond, Liam Bennett, Josh Peters, Raife Broadley, Tony Craig, Finlay Evans and last year’s Junior Champion, Alfie Geddes-Green.
The Junior category promises plenty of excitement, with an impressive 120 riders competing across three groups. Craig Down leads the standings by 66 points over Caden Tomlin, with Sam Rogers third.
Tyrone Tugwell holds fourth in the standings ahead of Luke Nolan and Jacob Roper, who missed the last round and will be looking to make up ground.
With a full day of bar-to-bar racing in store, spectators can expect a thrilling, family-friendly event packed with energy and entertainment.
