Southern 100 sponsor Foraging Vintners have kindly been providing the podium bott
les of sparkling wine since 2017. As no races were held this year due to the sad and very traumatic incident during practice of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Southern 100 Road Races led to the cancellation of the races.
Foraging Vintners have kindly donated the bottles to the club to help raise money for the ACU Benevolent Fund and Injured Riders Welfare Fund, Ireland. These two charities help riders and rider’s families who have been involved in racing incidents.
There are a total of 40 Podium Finisher Benvarrey Sparkling Apple Wine bottles along with 9 Championship Rhunessa Sparkling Rhubarb Wine Magnum Bottes.
We will be raising the money through an auction on our website which is now live. The auction will close on Monday 2nd October when the highest bidders will be contacted for payment which must be made on or before Thursday 5th October.
The bottles can be posted to the United Kingdom at a charge of £15 (for up to six bottles).
