An exciting day at 3 sisters saw the crowning of Joel Grieg as the Streetstock class champion plus  David McGlone as the 80cc Champion, Dave Glover as the Moto4 evo champion and Denis Lawson became the ladies Champion.

Joel Grieg left no one in doubt about his championship by powering to a race win in race one to make him unbeatable with 1 more race on the day to go.

Joel has given a masterly display  of riding all year and is a worthy champion of a class which has given us some fantastic close racing all year.

I asked Joel how he felt about winning the championships? He said:-

Winning the Championship means a lot to me, its been an amazing series to ride in on some of the best tracks in the country. The support from my Dad, Grandma and Grandad and family, plus my sponsors; Parkway Express Couriers, Jones & Father and Portugal Enduros has been essential.  Thank you to everyone that has helped us on this journey.

Dave McGlone sealed the 80cc class with two dominating rides as his nearest rival had problems on the day.   He said, “its been a difficult year but also a good onw with some fantastic close races at all the circuits.  Thanks to RLT transport for supporting the series also Tiben motorsport, AJ’s motorcycles and the streetsock gang for all their support plus everyone else.  Big shout out to tider Nick Marchbank for pushing all the way to the end.  Roll on 2024.”

A delighted Ladies Champion Denise Lawson, who is also a Grasstrack racer said:

Its been a great 1st season for me in the Ultra lightweights  To win the Ladies Championship has been amazing.  We are making plans to come back even faster next year.  Thank you to all those who have supported and encouraged me this year.
