British Sidecar Cross Championship heads to Cusses Gorse for Final Round
This weekend the Waterlooville Motor Cycle club will be hosting the final round of the 2022 ACU British Sidecarcross championships at Cusses Gorse near Salisbury in Wiltshire.

The top of the leaderboard this year has been shared by Brett Wilkinson / Joe Millard and defending champions Stuart Brown / Josh Chamberlain with Brown just four points ahead after round five. Both teams have had seven wins so far this season so it is anybody’s guess who will be on the top step of the podium at the end of Sunday’s racing.

The only other crew with a mathematical possibility of taking first or second place in the table is Irishman Gary Moulds and his passenger Lewis Gray.

In the Experts championship the current leaders are Paul Pelling / Mike Curnow who are forty-two points ahead of second placed Anthony and Jason Green.

In addition to the sidecar championship races there will be the Quadcross championship races plus a round of the ACU Southern Centre Championship.

The track will be open for campers at 2.30 on Saturday afternoon. In the evening there will be a beer tent with fund raising going on to raise money for the Sidecar Nations team.

Admission is £10 for adults with kids under 14 free. Camping is £10 per vehicle. Practice will start at 9.30 with the first race away at 11.30.

For those with sat navs the nearest post code is SP4 6JW.
