British youngster Jake Mulford stamped his authority on the European stage of Grasstrack by winning the weekend’s European Grasstrack Semi Final in Holsted, Denmark.
Mulford beat a host of World Longtrack riders and two of the UK’s finest in former champ Zach Wajtknecht and Chris Bomber Harris who finished in fifth and sixth respectively.
Another British youngster Chad Wirtzfield also had a phenomenal day finishing fourth. Danish riders Kenneth Kruse Hanson and Jacob Bukhave were second and third.
All of the above riders have now qualified for the final which takes place in the UK at Swingfield on the 16th October.
