Wulfsport ACU Trial GB round this weekend.
In conjunction with the team from the ACU, the Yeadon
Guiseley Club are organising round four of the series in god’s own Trials County of Yorkshire at the
famous Addingham Moorside, this Sunday, 5th June 2022.
All of the series contenders in all four classes are
entered, including all of our stars who will immediately be heading off to
Spain for the start of the Trial GP series next weekend.
In one of the shortest courses in the calendar, Clerk of the Course, Danny
Cockshott, and his team have followed the proven clockwise direction around the
rock infested hillside, which will offer spectators ample of opportunity to
view all twelve sections.
From the Warm Up Area – which opens at 9am – right in the centre of the action,
riders will head off for three sections
on the lower slopes before sections four and five are situated in the top left
corner, which have always proved real tests in the past.
From here it is basically a straight sweep along the
hillside with sections six to eleven all following each other and then the
final section is back on slightly less altitude near the finish area.
Trial fans are reminded that the first rider starts at
9.30am with all being into the action by 10.45am and the podium presentation
with rider interviews will take place at approx. 4.10pm.
Spectator admission is just £5 with children under 16 free
and detailed programme priced at £2.
