Southern 100 Racing, organisers of the Blackford Financial Services Pre-TT Classic Road Races are pleased to confirm that Manx Radio will be once again broadcasti
ng live coverage of the opening event of the 2022 TT Festival from the Colas Billown Course commencing on Friday 27th May.
Manx Radio, the Southern 100 Broadcast and Media Partners have announced increased coverage of the Blackford’s Pre-TT Classic Road Races with full live broadcasts of practice on Friday Evening and Saturday Afternoon in addition to full commentary of the 11 races scheduled, three on Saturday evening: five on Monday morning and three Monday Afternoon.
Anchor man, in what he describes as the best commentary point in road racing at the Start – Finish on Castletown Bypass will be Tim Glover aided and abetted in the Finisher’s Enclosure by Chris Kinley. Joining them at Cross Four Ways will be Rob Pritchard, who is no stranger to the airwaves where sport is concerned and is looking forward to making his debut on the Billown Course.
The nation’s station will be broadcasting live from the Colas Billown Course on 1368AM, online at manxradio.com, on the Manx Radio Digital App and around the course on 87.9 FM.
