Sunday sees the ACU 50 and Streetstocks championship races move to the Three Sisters Circuit near Wigan. The 2nd round will be hosted by Preston and District Motorcycle Club.
As I write this, the entries are well oversubscribed for the popular and exciting series.
The ACU Q-Oils sponsored Streetstock Class will see current leader Luis Murphy trying to hold off the experienced Phil Atkinson and the fearless young Sam Cookson all of whom are looking really good for success year.
In the ACU 50cc Class:- Owen Monaghan’s lead will be challenged by Derek Betts and third place holder Robbie Park, who won first time out here as a rookie last year. All are vying for position in their respective Classic and Modern classes too.
With plenty of action and varied classes, the friendly Three Sisters track offers excellent facilities to the spectator. It’s the perfect venue to watch the 50cc and Streetstock classes battle it out for track glory between themselves and for championship honours on the day.
