This event is usually the opening round for the new season, but due to covid it was put back to June and is the second round of the ACU Championships.
Top Fuel Bike.
Neil Midgley came out on top at the rain affected Springspeed Nationals, which saw only two completed qualifying sessions. Al Smith was the only other rider to get down the track with a good pass. Dave Peters has repaired his bike after a top end fire and Kevin Osman makes his first appearance. Tony Clark is on Phil Crossley bike and both Jiri Lukes and Mark Smith will be hoping for better performance at the event. Len Paget will once again compete on his Pro Stock Bike.
Louis Davies ran a personal best at the Springspeed Nationals and there is still more power to come.
Sean Mills will be Davies nearest challenger. Chris Neary will be looking for his seven second combination and Jordan Kenway hoping to get down the track.
