ACU British Sidecarcross Championship 2021 Round Two Preview
The second round of this year’s championship takes place at the Fat Cat Moto Parc near Doncaster hosted by the Iveston & Satley club. Following the recent announcement by the ACU confirming that the round due to be held at Wakes Colne will now be the final round on September 12th thus making this event the half way stage in the championship.

After the opening round at Dean Moor defending champions Stuart Brown / Josh Chamberlain were top of the pile but on equal points with Brett Wilkinson and his Swiss passenger Maxime Cuche.Tied in third place were George Kinge / Ryan Henderson and Dan Foden / Nathan Cooper.

At the recent meeting at Cusses Gorse Brown won both races with Foden finishing third in both legs and Kinge fourth. After one DNF at Dean Moor Jake Brown / Joe Millard were back on form taking second in both legs.

Adding an extra bit of spice to the event is the Dutch rider Ijen Kops and his English passenger Paul Horton. Ijen finished in 21st place in the 2019 world championship so should give the top English teams a run for their money.

In the Experts class Liam Mudie / Chris Booth proved to be th team to beat at Dean Moor leading the championship by seven points from Paul Pelling / Jack Wilkinson.Currently in third are Lee Foyle / Kevin Foyle. Others to watch out for are the Irish team of Neil Campbell / Ross Graham who won the second leg last time out and Rob Oldfield / Fay Barnes.

Practice will start immediately after scrutineering has finished with the main races starting at approximately 10.30.

Sspectators will be allowed into the circuit and the admission fee is £10 /car or £5 for a car with just one person in.
