The final round of the 2019 Pro Clean British Sidecarcross championships became a victim of the English weather today and the meeting was abandoned without a wheel being turned.
On Saturday afternoon the track was in prime condition and although the weather forecast wasn’t good it looked as if the meeting would go ahead. Unfortunately, a down pour at about 9 am on Sunday flooded the track and the decision was made to cancel.
Therefore the champions for 2019 are Stuart Brown / Josh Chamberlain with Jake Brown / Joe Millard second and George Kinge / Lewis Gray third. Coincidentally these three teams are the three that will be representing Great Britain at the Sidecarcross of European Nations next weekend at Schwedt in East Germany. We wish them all the best at that event.
Finally the winners of the Experts championships are Tony Grahame / Charlie Ide.
