Two of Britain's brightest teenagers Drew Kemp and Jason Edwards are competing in the FIM European Under 19 Semi Finals today (Friday).
Kemp travels to Gustrow in the North of Germany and Edwards travels to the Czech Republic at the Pardubice venue.
Both riders will be gunning for a top seven finish in their Semi Final to qualify for the Final which takes place just two days later on Sunday at Zarnovica in Slovakia.
GB Youth boss Neil Vatcher, who will be in Germany with Kemp, said: “This is yet another fantastic opportunity for Drew and Jason to gain some valuable experience, not only racing in Europe but riding against the best of their age group from across Europe.
“I am delighted that both boys are taking this opportunity, and I really believe that both have a great chance of challenging for a European title and we have a real exciting weekend coming up.”
Leon Flint was also due to be in the Semi Final in Gustrow, but unfortunately has had
to withdraw due to an injury he sustained at Berwick last Saturday.
