It is with much regret that following a venue inspection with the Chairman, Vice Chairman and Landowners, Ledbury MCC have had to make the difficult decision to cancel Saturday’s meeting.
The overnight rain from 5pm last night and continual rain still falling, has made the entrance to the venue practically impossible. With more thundery rainstorms forecast over the next 24hours it is not going to be possible to get through the first field into the venue field. We are gutted but need to do the sensible and fair thing for everyone concerned, but we also do not wish to ruin the venue for future meetings.
Very sorry everyone but we have succumbed to the wonderful British Weather once again. Hopefully we will see you all on the 18th August for the Ledbury Flyer when we hope the weather will be kinder to us.
