The Creation of the FIM Enduro Open World Cup

The ACU have received information in regard the Creation of the FIM Enduro Open World Cup

3 classes:

  • 2 Stroke (All Capacities)

  • 4 Stroke (All Capacities)

  • Senior +37 (All Capacities)

  • In addition a Club Team Trophy (3 riders)

  • RIDERS’ LICENCES

    Riders must be holders of a valid FIM Enduro Open World Cup licence to participate in the FIM Enduro Open World Cup - Contact Mary Kerr at ACU Trials and Enduro Dept

    The maximum entry fee 120 EUR for the Enduro Open Class - and must be paid at the time of the registration.

    In case of an Event organised on one day, the maximum entry fee will be 80 EUR for the Enduro Open Class

     

    PARTICULAR PROVISIONS

    The organiser will take care that all participants of the FIM Enduro Open World Cup can circulate the course in its entire length, but without producing an easy course for the FIM Enduro World Championship. With this in mind, he may possibly plan some by-passes on the course, clearly indicated, for the Enduro Open.

     

    The main differences between the FIM Enduro Open World Cup and the FIM Enduro World Championship are the following:

     • Allowed to complete only from 50 to 75% of the course (Art. 062.2)

    • Time allowed in the time check 10% greater (Art. 062.51.4)

    • By-pass of a difficult section in an Extreme Test (Art. 062.62)

     

    At each Event and depending on the number of entries, the FIM Race Direction will decide if the Enduro Open category will race the Super Test.

    All rounds of the 2019 FIM Enduro World Championship will be valid for the Open World Cup. The final classification will be taken from the 8 best results

    Events:

    22/24 March - Germany

    3/5th May - Portugal

    10/12th May - Spain

    14/16 June – Corsica

    21/23rd June – Italy

    13/15th September - Czech Rep

    27/29th September - France

    OPEN CLUB TEAM COMPETITION: This is a competition into which a Club Team (CT), consisting of three riders, can be nominated by a bona fide local motorcycling club affiliated to their respective FMN and the three riders must have the Nationality of the country to which the club belongs.

    The three riders must have already individually entered the FIM Enduro Open World cup in any of the three classes
