The Midshires Grasstrack Club are pleased to offer the following Sponsorship packages for the forthcoming FIME Individual European Grasstrack Championships Semi Final on Sunday 23rd June 2019.
The packages are as follows;
Race Sponsors – we invite businesses and individuals to sponsor individual races throughout the event. Your name or company will appear in the programme next to your race and will be read out over the public address. You will receive a complimentary ticket to the event.
Cost: £50.00 Programme Sponsors (Adverts) – we invite businesses to have an advert in the race programme. An advert will be included (based on artwork provided in JPEG or PDF Full Page portrait, Half Page landscape) and the company will be read out over the public address. Your company will also be advertised on the club website. You will receive two complimentary tickets for Full & Half page adverts one for smaller adverts.
Costs: Full Page £200.00, Half Page £100.00 and £50 for other adverts. Race Jacket Sponsors – we invite businesses and individuals to sponsor the European competitors one off design race jackets. We would like all riders to be in race jackets for this special meeting. Following the prize presentation you would be able to keep the race jacket as memento of the occasion. You will receive three complimentary tickets to the event.
Cost £160.00 Trackside Banner Sponsors – we invite businesses to have a trackside banner advert at the event which will give much exposure to the company and the name will be read out at several intervals during the event. You will need to provide your banner to display at the event. Your company will also be promoted through our club website. You will receive four complimentary tickets to the event.
