It is with great sadness we note the passing of Barry Hamilton - secretary of the Elgin Endurance Club. After a second stroke and then pneumonia, he passed away on Sunday 1st July.
Barry was a unique individual who promoted and organised motorcycle sport at the highest level up to British Championships and he will be sadly missed and the world is better for him having been in it.
Our sincere condolences from all at the ACU, SACU, Directors and staff goes to Frances and the boys - and all his friends.
The Funeral will be held at W.G Catto funeral home, Elgin. Monday the 9th of July (this coming Monday) at 11am. All friends and family welcome to come and pay their respects and pay tribute to Barry.
It will be family flowers only but donations for Heart, Chest and Stroke Scotland can be made.
