British Quad Cross Championship heads to Canada Heights this Sunday for the finale
The final round of the ACU British Quad Championship will take place at Canada Heights on Sunday 8th October and is kindly supported By Kerry Marven local Yamaha Dealer, ‘Quad bikes R us’

In reality it falls into 3 classes, The Main Championship class see’s Mark McLernon take a one point lead over the dominant Holmes who has taken 8 wins from this year’s possible 15 verses  McLernon’s  5  so this year’s finale at Canada Heights will be as equally ‘Nail Biting’ for 2017  as it was in 2016 between the two.

It’s all to play for in 3rd with Davie Cowan sitting there with a 13 point lead over Bunce, who’s unfortunately had 2x DNF’s this season but close to is last year’s U21 Champion Leon Rogers with Reid some 18 points behind him so all to play for to get the last spot on the podium in the Main ACU Class

The under 21’s which has been so well contested this year with over a third of the pack all wanting this title.

UK’s Nations representative Daffyd Davies has a healthy lead of 43 points over both Bevan and Walker. An ‘On form’ Walker sits just 13 points behind an ever consistent James Bevan so will want to get some traffic between him and Bevan to attempt to secure that runner up spot !!

The ‘Rookies’ looks like it is all to play for too, with a traveling Brad Frost currently leading unlikely to attend, leaving the door open for Callum Bates, Blake McCormick and Alex Bethell with 12 points between each one of them so will Bates step up and be crowned ACU British Rookie

It’s also time we thank the Sponsors, Cromwell Trucks - Marcus Sansom.
