Preston and District’s meeting scheduled for 10th September at Three Sisters, WILL go ahead as planned.
The club understands that the circuit is still recovering from recent happenings, however fixtures remain unaffected – certainly for the time being – meaning that our race meeting will still take place.
The circuit is currently planning and undertaking a scheme of improvement works to the track surface, and it has been decided to run September’s event using the short perimeter (B) circuit layout.
At the time of writing, entries for September are understandably low - presumably due to some uncertainty. We are encouraging our members to support their local club and get any entries sent in as soon as possible, and certainly before the closing date (3
rd September).
