With just over a month until the opening round of the International trials season on the 3rd April in Italy, the ACU Trials and Enduro Committee are pleased to announce the member of the 2016 Under 23 Trials Squad.
Once again the Trials and Enduro Committee have received a high level of interest in riders looking to join the Trials squad to help further their progression in the sport. The Under 23 ACU Trials squad is designed to provide some financial support for riders allowing them to contest the FIM European Trials Championship as it has always been seen as a stepping stone between British Championship and World events.
The successful applicants for the 2016 season include a very talented line up of both male and female riders. Twelve riders will receive support including
Hugo Jervis, Dan Peace, Iwan Roberts, Tom Culliford, Victoria Payne, Alicia Robinson, Hannah Moore, Jennifer Stephen, Joe Faunthorpe, Billy Green, Toby Martyn and Jack Peace.
It is important to remember that the squad selected can be changed and the Committee reserve the right to move riders in or out of the squad at any time. Riders will be monitored on their progress and their results may determine that the squad is changed as the season progresses
As well, there will be an ACU Delegate at all the FIME events to help the squad riders and any other ACU riders competing at the events.
