World SuperEnduro Championship Liverpool Echo Arena - November 17th

In just over a week the earth will move and the crowds will be stunned by an action packed day for all the family with the Maxxis FIM SuperEnduro Championship descends on the fantastic Liverpool Echo Arena for the first round of the World Championship series, Sunday November 17^th. Tickets are available now and for one day only, Thursday 7^th November tickets bought online at http://www.echoarena.com/whats_on/grand_prix.asp will be granted a 'NO BOOKING FEE' on all tickets purchased between 9am and 9pm.

Some of the World's top Enduro riders will go head-to-head on a specially constructed track consisting of rocks, giant tractor tyres, logs and much more, which will test all the riders' ability to the maximum. The UK has not staged a World Championship Enduro since 2008 and everyone left their talking about it so come and do the same at Liverpool next Sunday. Multi World and British Enduro Champion, MBE David Knight will be making his UK debut on the Sherco, he is eager for a good result commenting - "I'm really looking forward to getting to Liverpool next weekend and to make my UK debut for Sherco. Testing has been going well so far and I'm really fired up to put on a good performance in front of my home fans. It's only throwing distance from the Isle of Man so I am hoping there will be a few loyal fans there from the Island. I've been training hard and loving the Sherco and aiming for a strong result to kick start my year with them. Get yourself there and give me some vocal support!"

Fellow Brit to race will be super talented youngster Jonny Walker who will be racing for the factory Red Bull KTM Team, Walker has made a big impact on the Extreme Enduro scene and will certainly be one to watch at Liverpool. Jonny - "I'm feeling really good at the moment and I've been out in America riding and training and I can't wait to get to Liverpool. It will be awesome to have an event in the UK in front of the British fans, I just want to get there now and get racing."

Alongside him will be some of the best riders in the World of Extreme Enduro including multi Extreme Champion and current SuperEnduro World Champion factory KTM rider Taddy Blazusiak. Taddy is multi winner of Erzberg Rodeo plus winner in the past of Hells Gate, Last Man Standing, The Tough One, the AMA Endurocross Series plus two gold medals in the X Games.

Other top names competing in this SuperEnduro include KTMs Ivan Cervantes, Andreas Lettenbichler. Plus multi British Trials Champion James Dabill will be swapping from his Trials bike to the Beta Enduro bike and will be competing with the pros along with Beta team-mate Cody Webb. On the Husqvarna will be Alfredo Gomez, Joakim Ljunggren and Mathias Bellino.
