The final round of the Youth C and D championship will resolve who are the rising stars in British youth trial on Saturday.
Newton Abbot boy Billy Green is head to head with Leicester’s Daniel Slack in Class C Standard Wheels with Keighley’s Jacob Snowden on hand just ahead of Bradford’s Joe Faunthorpe.
In Medium Wheels Edward Earle just has to complete the Steventson course. Surrey’s Jack Dance has Class D Medium Wheels wrapped up on a maximum score. Dale Freeman has to hold off Jacob Smith. Henry Stephens leads Class D Small Wheels from Harry Hemingway with Buxton’s Harry Turner ready to pounce.
On Sunday the Class A and B event will be battle royal with Dan Peace on 54 points then Jack Price trailing by six points along with Billy Bolt. Welsh Championship Iwan Roberts and James Stones trail on 39 points.
Running alongside the Youth A and B championsuip will be the Ladies and Girls finale where only Class C has to be settled. Shropshire’s Alice Minta has a nine point advantage over Didcot’s Alicia Robinson. Hannah Moore trails the top two.
The trials commences at 10.00 am each day with a time allowance of five and half hours.
