After its massive success this year, the British Sidecarcross GP will once again be returning in 2026 on the 30th and 31st May.
The event will also be a round of the 2026 European Quadcross Championship, which means, alongside a whole host of title-challenging British Sidecar teams, we will also be able to see European Quadcross Champion Harry Walker in action as he guns for another title.
Following on from finishing third in the World this year, you can be sure that Brett Wilkinson and Joe Millard will be gunning for home nation glory, as will Dan Foden, who has been on the gas with a new passenger, and Michael Hodges and Ryan Henderson, who have been improving with every GP.
Organiser Brad SKeates said of hosting another GP: “Following on from an incredible weekend this year, I feel we need to keep the momentum going. Originally, I set out to run every other year, but after the amazing feedback we have had from this year’s event, it didn’t take much persuasion to go again in 2026.
“The Venue for next year isn’t yet confirmed; we are currently in talks, but with a confirmed date, we can get the process moving. Although in the UK we are struggling with the amount of teams entering the British championship Rounds we have some of the fastest teams in the world. Brett and Joe finished 3rd overall this year, which went down to the last round to decide. This is an amazing achievement. Dan Foden made a return for the last few GPs with his German passenger Noah Weinmann and showed everyone that he has the speed to fight for the number 1 spot, and Mike Hodges and Ryan Henderson consistently in the top ten. Then, we have younger teams like Jack Rogers and Ryan Beavis who have been qualifying for GPs.
“Although we didn’t get the amount of crowd that we hoped for this year at Foxhill, I think if they read the feedback from the event, 2026 will be a lot busier. I Have plans to make 2026 even better then this years event…. and even bigger plans for 2027, watch this space.”
