No Limits Racing conquers Cadwell Park as title fights take shape

The sixth stop in the No Limits Racing calendar saw teams and riders arrive at another iconic circuit – Cadwell Park. It was a packed schedule this weekend, keeping spectators entertained throughout the 28 races – including the 3-hour ACU Motul Endurance Race. Round 6 was full of surprises, and even some early champions were crowned as everyone enjoyed their flight over the Mountain!

Although cloudy for the start, the ACU Motul Endurance race was dry, with Whitelines MC’s / Masselli remaining the team to beat as the #26 squad stormed to the lead from pole position. The gap increased to two laps as they grabbed National 1000 and the overall win from Chasin the Racin and Your Move Nolan Throw Yamaha. Further back, Lameboy Racing would claim the National 600 honours, narrowly missing out on an overall podium spot. Meanwhile, Tr4ck Sl4gs struck gold in the Club 1000 class, while Triple Threat charged to Club 600 glory.

However, the weekend’s racing kicked off on Saturday morning with the No Limits Cup 600 category, which saw close battles and some key results across the meeting. Kyle Jenkins would strike in Race 1, before Thomas Kirk dominated on Sunday – clinching Race 1 and 2 victories. Meanwhile, Bradon Petty and Kieran Sembiante would stand on the podium across the weekend as all eyes turned to the championship standings, with Jenkins leading the way by 68 points. Elsewhere, Guy Wood and Luke Stanley shared Streetbike glory as Andy Ashcroft made it a clean sweep over in the Ducati Challenge.

The No Limits Cup 1000 category quickly followed as James McLaren and Jon Harwood would do battle once more. McLaren won the opening three races before Harwood recovered in Race 4, storming to win by 0.362s. Aaron Daykin and Tommi Caldwell stood on the Cup 1000 podium across the weekend as McLaren’s advantage in the standings is extended to 39 points. The Metzeler Newcomer 1000 class would be dominated by Perry Matterface, stunning the class as the #36 battled at the head of the overall field. Elsewhere, Dean Turner celebrated success in the Old School 1K Trophy, with his sights set on the crown.

Over in the CB500s, riders were treated to a blockbuster weekend, with riders enjoying five races across Round 6, with one being carried over from Brands Hatch. Adam Shelton dominated the opening four races, with the Brands Hatch Race being won by James Cottenham. Aaron Silvester, Josh Leaning, Joseph Holdsworth, Max Bartle and Declan Reeve all enjoyed podium visits across the meeting as Gary Wilson dominated the CB500 Veteran class. Meanwhile, Luke Hutchison and Joseph Cole shared CB500 Newcomer honours while the 400 victory went to Rory Creith and Matthew McCreadie.

It was a pivotal weekend in the Supertwin class, with Josh Froggatt dominating in style, adding four more wins to his already impressive 19-race win tally. This was also enough for Froggatt to wrap up the 2025 Supertwin championship in style ahead of Round 7. Thomas Corthorn-West, John Coughlan and Jim Weatherald all stood on the podium during the weekend. Tyler Viveiros, Blake Didwell, and Tommy Phillips struck gold in the Standard Twin class, while Charlotte Marcuzzo and Louisa Bennie took first and second in Next-Gen Sportsbike.

One of the highlights of Round 6 arrived in the form of the Pirelli Super Series 1000 category as Ryan Dixon and Max Lofthouse went to battle. Dixon remained victorious in Race 1 before Lofthouse responded on Sunday, pipping Dixon on both occasions, with the championship margin sitting at 17 points. Tommy Fielding and Steven Butterworth would battle for the final spot on the podium. There was action elsewhere, with Scott Stone and Wilfrid Turner going head-to-head in the DART Motorsport Premier 1000 class, with Turner remaining 32 points ahead.

Adam Hartgrove enjoyed a glorious visit to Cadwell Park, completing the clean sweep on Sunday as the Triumph rider took victory in all three races. This left an intense podium battle as Jamie Richmond, Lyden Leatherland and Daniel Stamper all took a rostrum finish. This leaves an exciting championship battle at hand, with just 28 points separating Hartgrove and Stamper as just five races remain.

It would be a dramatic weekend for the Metzeler Newcomer 600 grid, with four races, including one carried over from Croft. Luca Jennings and Simon Daniels shared two victories each across the weekend, with Jack Morgan and Callum Hirst completing a stacked podium. Jennings’ title lead now sits at 31 points following a DNF in Race 3 due to a crash at the chicane. Meanwhile, Karl Foster took the opening three Pre-Injection 600 wins before it was Steve Lester’s time to shine in the Croft Race.

Our next destination is Oulton Park on August 30th, promising an action-packed day of sprint and endurance racing. With packed grids and championships on the line, it’s set to be a weekend not to be missed. Don’t miss it – visit the No Limits Racing website for more information.
