The Auto Cycle Union is deeply saddened to announce that Aran Sadler lost his life whilst competing in the Bob Smith Spring Cup, taking place at Olivers Mount on Saturday 11 April 2026.
We join the riders, marshals, the organisers 243 Road Racing Association, and the wider motorsport community in mourning the untimely passing and send our sincerest condolences to the family, friends and loved ones of Aran.
As with all serious incidents, the Auto Cycle Union will work alongside the organisers and officials in their investigation of events, and will cooperate fully with the relevant external authorities.
