The Auto-Cycle Union would like to remind all Centres that the ACU National Inter-Centre Team Trial 2026 will take place on 15th & 16th August 2026, hosted by the North East Centre.
The official Standing Regulations are now available, and Centres are encouraged to begin preparations and team selection.
The event will run across two days, with Youth Boys, Youth Girls and Twinshock classes competing on Saturday 15th August, followed by Adult Men, Women and Sidecars on Sunday 16th August.
Teams may enter across all eligible classes, and the event is open to both Adult and Youth riders. All riders must hold a valid ACU Trials Registration or SACU Licence. Start order will be determined by ballot on Friday 14th August.
The trial will follow a team-based format, with riders competing together over three laps of twelve sections, within a six and a half hour time limit. Results will be decided by the lowest combined team score.
Free camping will be available from Friday 14th August, with catering, refreshments, a bar and live band provided on Saturday evening.
Centres are strongly advised to review the full Standing Regulations, which include details on eligibility, team composition, machine requirements, scoring procedures and event format.
