Saturday
Warm up
As quick as the bikes entered the track the red flag came out and stopped the session. Unfortunately, Schofield/Smith’s bike flipped on its roof. Schofield walks away and Smith goes to the hospital. We all wish Josh a speedy recovery. The session resumes and the teams go back out for practice. Crawford/Hardie go fastest of the session. Qualifying
As always it was just like a race and no-one left any room to set a flying lap in clean air. Crawford/Hardie put a lap in of 01:27:441 on lap 3 of 7 and stayed at the top for the session. Wild card Ramsden/Stell took 2nd overall on the last lap with a fantastic time of 01:27:904 beating Kershaw/Gibbons by 00:00:007. Saunders/Cooke put in a 01:30:679 with Saunders/Stokoe doing a 01:30:910. As always it was a close grid with only 00:08:872 over the full field
Race 1
Ramsden/Stell got a fantastic start and pulled away into the lead. Crawford/Hardie lost out to Kershaw/Gibbons before regaining the place by lap 3. Clarke/Johnson made the most gains by going from 11th to 7th on the opening lap. Number 18 (Saunders/Cooke) unfortunately dropped further down the grid before having to retire the outfit.
Moore/Moore had a fantastic race moving up the positions from 16th to 11th. Baker/Dawkins battled it out with Moore/Moore until the last corner with a drag race to the line with the gap only 00:00:211. Crawford/Hardie took the win but really needed Clarke/Johnson to finish between Crawford and Kershaw. There were 3 DNFs in Hegarty/Ludlow, Saunders/Coppock & Saunders/Cooke. Ramsden sets a new Cup record of 01:27:665.

Sunday
Warm up
Practice got underway - 16 bikes went out on track. Yet another race with teams going into tower bends side-by-side. Most teams got around 7 laps in with the fastest coming from Clarke/Johnson with a 01:28:534 again only 00:07:471 seconds over the full grid.
Race 2
We had a DNS for #117 (Schofield/Taylor) due to an engine failure. The race was very close upfront, it was that close you could have put a blanket over the top 4. Crawford really needed a bike between him and Kershaw. Ramsden/Stell was a wild card so weren't taking points. Ramsden took off in the lead and it looked like Crawford/Hardie were getting their way with Kershaw/Gibbons down to 4th spot. Dawson/Sims had a bad start dropping 3 spots on the 1st lap. Farrance/Walmsley, another wild card pairing, were going well having a great race with Lockey/Binns until an issue or mistake saw them lose 3 spots on the last lap. The last corner saw Ramsden/Stell take Crawford/Hardie for their 1st win. Kershaw/Gibbons also passed Clarke/Johnson for 2nd spot.
