The Somerset GP circuit nestled alongside the serene river, has been the backdrop for countless legendary races over the years, and this event promises to be no exception.
Leading the charge and his maiden voyage to Farleigh Castle Vets MX event is three-time world champion Alessio "chicco" Chiodi. Fresh offthe back of VMXdN Foxhill, Chicco is returning to the UK to race at the field of dreams on his DocWob-built 2002 Yamaha YZ 250.
Joining Chiodi is the remarkable Sam Sunderland, a two-time Dakar winner, who returns to the Farleigh Castle and the SC Sportshomes Team for his second consecutive year. Once again, he’ll be piloting one of the formidable DocWob machines, ready to push the limits of performance and return to his MX roots.
Rounding out this dynamic trio is Enduro ace Danny McCanney whose grit and determination have made him a standout in the sport. A world-class enduro guy who cut his teeth on the rough motocross circuits on the island. With multiple British and world enduro championships to his name, he’s hungry for podium pie.
