The Wright Engineering Team Race has been a welcome addition to the race schedule since 2023, bringing together talented riders to battle it out on 20-plus-year-old two-strokes, and in several cases, the bikes are older than the riders.
We have teams returning, several re-shuffles, and a handful of new teams joining the mix in 2025. Last year’s victorious Team Apico are returning to defend the number one spot, with their winning combination of Martin Barr, Tom Grimshaw and Jamie Law. Team Stolen are packing a punch with Carson Brown, Luke Dean and Dylan Woodcock and are keen to bag the honours, as are Team Dirt Worx with Ben Mustoe, Dan Thornhill and Josh Coleman. Team Otto Offroad is packing plenty of experience, and Team JMR 101 all know what it’s like to take to the podium, and that’s just one half of the teams lining up.
