No Limits Racing lights up Anglesey as mixed conditions test the grid

No Limits Racing arrived at Anglesey for Round 5 of the season, with packed grids, unpredictable weather and thrilling action both on and off the track. There were 26 races on the schedule, with the ACU Motul Endurance being the crowning jewel once again as the riders had a 500km to endure in our final feature-length endurance of the season. With the season now past its halfway point, championship battles are beginning to heat up!

Conditions stayed dry on Saturday, providing ideal track conditions for the ACU Motul Endurance. Whitelines MC’s / Masselli started from pole, with the #26 quickly taking the lead and dominating the National 1000 and overall field—building a two-lap advantage after 200 dramatic laps. Team DMR secured second with a consistent ride, while Your Move Nolan Throw Yamaha claimed the final spot on the overall podium. Tr4ck Sl4gs took Club 1000 honours, Clive West Racing impressed again in National 600, and Triple Threat earned another P1 in Club 600.

The Pirelli Super Series 600 category kicked off racing action this weekend, with Daniel Stamper putting on an incredible display for the Welsh fans. The #80 took the opening two wins of the weekend, before a mistake in Race 3 handed Adam Hartgrove P1. The podium was shared throughout the meeting, with James Alderson and Barry Dimelow earning a rostrum finish, while Stamper’s championship now sits at 15 points.

The Pirelli Super Series 1000 soon followed, with Ryan Dixon leaving his mark in a range of race distances – completing the Anglesey triple. However, this left a highly sought-after podium, with Jack Bednarek, Tommy Fielding, Steven Butterworth and Max Lofthouse all taking turns from their rostrum finishes. Lofthouse leaves the weekend with a 12-point advantage as the gap closes in…

Meanwhile, the Next-Gen Sportbikes enjoyed four races over the weekend—two on Saturday and two on Sunday. Jacob Stephen claimed all four Sportbike wins, with only Josh Froggatt offering a challenge for the overall win in Race 3. Joshua Proudfoot and Louise Bennie also featured on the Sportbike podium. Froggatt swept the Supertwin class, finishing ahead of Jim Weatherald, Liam Kirk, and Ryan Arnold. In the Standard Twin class, Callum Wren and Polly Richardson led the way, with Blake Didwell and Tommy Phillips also reaching the class podium.

Lewis Smart started strong in the CB500s, winning Races 1 and 2 on Saturday. However, his weekend ended early with a crash at Turn 1 on Sunday, forcing the #23 to watch from the sidelines. This opened the door for Declan Reeve, who clinched victories in Races 3 and 4, while Josh Langan, Max Silvester, Max Bartle, and James Cottenham all made podium appearances. Luke Hutchison dominated the CB500 Newcomers, and Gary Wilson took top honours in the Veterans. In the 400s, Rory Creith stole the show with three wins, while Matthew McCreadie secured the Race 4 win after a DNS from the #18.

Brandon Petty stormed to glory in the No Limits Cup 600s, winning the opening two races before Kenneth Macleod fought back in Race 3. Kieran Sembiante and Aiden Goodings picked up a handful of podiums, while Craig Sharman, Jacob Pilmer and Thomas Drew took one win apiece in the Streetbike class. Meanwhile, the Ducati Challenge riders were treated to four races, with Andy Ashcroft and Chris Quested sharing victories across Round 5.

Jon Harwood and James McLaren would once again battle for No Limits Cup 1000 honours, until mixed conditions in Race 4 allowed Paul Bowerbank to head the field. Aaron Daykin and Simon Franklin stood on the Cup 1000 podium, while David Croan would dominate proceedings in the Metzeler Newcomer 1000 class. Over in the No Limits Old School 1K Trophy, all attention was on Dean Turner and Adam Viney, who both took victory across the meeting.

Luca Jennings impressed in the opening Newcomer 600 races of the weekend, storming from P11 on the grid in Race 1. Jennings’ success would continue until Race 3, where title rival Jack Morgan responded in the wet conditions, adding another victory to his win tally in 2025. Kieren Wood, Karl Beresford and Callum Hirst shared the podium, with Craig Makin and Steve Lester sharing Pre-Injection 600 wins across Round 5.

The UK Armed Forces Inter Service Championship brought breathtaking battles to the Welsh coast, with Kenneth Macleod qualifying on pole position for the sole race of the weekend. The #36 converted pole into victory on Sunday afternoon, charging to beat Aaron Evangelista by a mere 0.051s. Jack Morgan claimed third place, earning the final spot on the podium following a thrilling eight-lap showdown.
