Galadari Brothers, the official importers of Kawasaki and Triumph products into the United Arab Emirates (UAE), have shown their support of the Arenacross World Tour Finals by backing the inaugural event at the Eithad Arena, Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on Saturday 5th July.
It’s great news for both parties, especially with a strong presence in the pro ranks for both brands. Former Arenacross champions Cedric Souberyas (DRT Kawasaki) and Tommy Searle (Dirt Store Triumph) will be representing Kawasaki and Triumph respectively and strongly in UAE as both manufactures look to grow their market share in the region, with more and more people buying motocross bikes. Souberyas and Searle will also be joined by their teammates, Taylor Hammal (DRT Kawasaki) and Dylan Woodcock (Dirt Store Triumph) as all four riders, along with the rest of 20 strong pro field will battle it out for the huge prize purse at this first ever Arenacross World Tour Finals and the first time the hugely successful Arenacross Tour has ever been outside the British Isles in it’s incredible 10 years history.
Matt Bates, CEO of ASL Active, who promote and own the global rights for the Arenacross World Tour welcomes yet more backing from the industry in the UAE saying “All of the manufacture importers here in the United Arab Emirates have been so welcoming to us at Arenacross. Not only personally but also the show and racing we produce and the potential to grow it further. I think they all really appreciate what we’re trying to achieve and see the value of a well-polished indoor motorcycling racing show. It’s fantastic to have Galadari Brothers on board with the Kawasaki and Triumph brands and we’re thankful for their support. Both Kawasaki and Triumph have supported the AX Tour in the UK down the years so I’m glad we can keep that connection with them strong through the Galadari Brothers in the UAE for the Arenacross World Tour Finals. I hope it’s one we can all build on.”
