Livesey On Top at Round 2 of the ACU Ultralightweights at Pembrey
Last week saw the 2nd round of the ACU Championship at the NG Racing Club meeting at Pembrey in South Wales

In a weekend of very close racing throughout the field Paul Livesey and Max Taylor battled at the front with only a fraction of a second between them in all three races.  The weekend ended with Paul Livesey = 2 v Max Taylor =1.

Livesey is now the new overall championship leader by a commanding 33pts from William Greenway.  Max Taylor on his first showing of the year inserted himself into 5th Place with the promise of a lot more to come.

The action wasn’t just confined to the front, with battles all across the field of runners; in particular Husband and Wife team Jez and Wag Scott who finished every race a split second apart.  Wag got the better of Jez finishing ahead of him twice out of the three races.

Wag is now in 10th Place in the Overall championship but also leads the Ladies championship by a long way.

Stephen Colville (7th overall) had 3 first places in the 80-85cc class on his Husqvarna he now his class by 26 pts

The next round of the Championship is at 3 Sisters race track  on the 6th of July
