RHL Activities is pleased to announce that Beat n Trak DJs, which is part of Abyss Entertainment, will be bringing their ultra-special DJ booth to entertain the crowds at the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race on October 13-15 2017.
The 4x4 DJ booth has been created in a hand customized Landrover Defender, which is a prime example of one of these hard working and recognisably British machines. This 34-year-old vehicle, according to its reg number, has seen plenty of tough terrain, but it has been given a new lease of life to entertain the many as a specially built DJ booth.
Abyss Entertainment had this vehicle some time before it was decided recently that the time was right to confuse the neighbours by taking a disk cutter to the roof, respraying the existing loud paint job with a tough as nails Upol Raptor black finish and get the conversion from all-terrain, to all-genre music done. Now fitted with custom scissor hinges and gas struts, the rear section of the Defender raises up to a possible 4ft, giving access to a full size DJ booth (with a great view over the crowd), 240v power from inverters, generator or hookup cable, computer controlled lighting rig with LED, laser and atmospheric effects and an RCF sound system which can be scaled to suit any audience size or event.
The whole system can be up and running in 30 minutes and pack down in the same amount of time, so it can be easily moved from point to point. Less time to prepare allows the DJs to be in and entertaining the crowd with an exciting mix in practically no time at all. It truly brings a new meaning to the term mobile DJs and Abyss is very proud to offer the vehicle and years of DJ experience to bring top class music and entertainment for the spectators and competitors heading to the HydroGarden Weston Beach Race.
