NATIONAL MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM 30th ANNIVERSARY RAFFLE TO WIN A VINCENT RAPIDE- DRAW RESULTS ANNOUNCED
We are delighted to announce the results of the National Motorcycle Museum’s 30th anniversary raffle draw to win a Vincent Rapide. The raffle was drawn by TT superstar John McGuinness (bouncing in a trampoline!) at the Museum’s 30th anniversary open day on Saturday 01/11/14.

 

Museum Director James Hewing stated “we are so pleased that the Vincent has been won by  Sharon who lives in a real classic motorcycling household. Sharon & husband Martin already own two very nice BSA’s and are true enthusiasts”.  

 

First Prize – 1951 Vincent Rapide Series C 1000cc Motorcycle.

Winner- Mrs Sharon Shaw, London. Ticket No 1285048

 

Second Prize- 1952 BSA Bantam D1 125cc Motorcycle.

Winner- Ms Rachel Daynes, Wales. Ticket No 0895555

Winner- Mr Matthew Williams, Lancashire. Ticket No 1437421

                        THE NOVEMBER 2014 - APRIL 2015 MUSEUM WINTER RAFFLE.          

Following on from the above draw results the National Motorcycle Museum is pleased to announce the details of our very special winter raffle.

 

Museum Director James Hewing stated “in keeping with Museum founder the late WR (Roy) Richards love of British engineering we are proud to have purchased a brand new Norton Commando 961 Cafe Racer from the factory to be the 1st prize in our winter raffle.

 

1st Prize-Brand new Norton Commando 961cc Cafe Racer Motorcycle (includes special paintwork and high specification factory extra’s-total value £18,000).

2nd Prize-1958 BSA C12 250cc Motorcycle (fully restored in the Museum’s workshop).

The draw will take place on Sunday 26/04/15 at the International Classic Motorcycle Show, Stafford.

Tickets will be distributed during Dec 2014 via subscription copies of the specialist classic  motorcycling press.
